Amazing creature! One of those oddball species linking land and sea creatures. Darwin would be proud of these folks who discovered this one.

Pretty neat. Definitely looks like some type of frogfish. My LFS had a frogfish the other day. Interesting little fish. He walks around the tank on his fins. Has a little fishing pole on his head he uses to catch small fish. It's fun to watch them eat.
 
It's looks pretty strange and a bit gross, but I would like to find out more about it
