Fish youve had difficulties keeping?

Most hobbyists have been there, 1 or 2 fish that you always have bad luck keeping.
It either dies for no reason, jumps out, got eaten, bullied etc .. What is it for you ?

For a while ,it was a Black Arowana for me. I had 2 blacks that died on me before i had my current one. One jumped out in the middle of the night and the second one got eaten(!) by one of my stingrays. 3rd time really is the charm. My current black has great colors and is doing great.
 
Mine would be a jardini. Everytime i have 1 of this guys. After a month, they either jump out, get eaten or just die out on me.
 
festae... for some ungodly reason something always happens to them
stingrays eats em or sucked in powerhead or jumps out of tank...always something :screwy:
 
Mine is wild discus...never done well with them...lost quite a few..left with 3 now..and they are not doing as well as my domestics... :(
 
festaes should be hardy Blue Demp. How big were they when u lost them?

Wild Discus is shoot and miss. Gotta get a good dealer and Q a new Discus is a must.
Just try again.. i tried 3 times on the black.
 
i had 3 carribean sharks(i think thats the name).. and 2 died 1 lived..and i cant keep green spotted puffers alive i killed 2 so far.. dont want to kill more so i gave up...i might try 1 more later..
 
for me bichirs keep dien as u see from my post i just started the thred and im impatint because i want to know what hapend i posted it here agin because i didnt want to make another form. my bichir just died and i was wonderin if any one would know how it died or gusse why. all right my bichir is a nigerin i think or segles and he just died or i think so just 30mins ago and i was wonderin why. he has know signe of stress and it couldn't be disese because for one theres a rope fish in there with it and its fine same with other fish in there are fine. hes was swimn fine and everything and a min after i saw him literly he was on his back so i reached in there to see what was wrong and couldn't see anything just he wasnt moven or anything so i turnd him on his stomic and wached so far i dont see any gill movement from him and hes in the tank on his belly not moving. so if any one can give me somthing to go on so it dosent happen in the futuer i would be thankful. if im missin anything ask please reply
