Looks like a really washed out juvenile chocolate cichlid. I think that Fish Farm had them on his last list. Maybe Rapps as well.

I knew the name but I forgot it

That's my guess too. A really low quality one at that.

ok I finally found the name its pristolepis sp. red fin india well thats what "fugupuff" calls it.

You see what happens when people don't know there fish lol

so now i just need to find someone that sells these "sp."
