That's hilarious. It's like today at a local Petland Discounts, this 13-14 yr old kid asks the worker there "do fish communicate?" The worker asks what do you mean by communicate? Kid sez, "do they talk?"

I had to walk out the store!

i dont see whats so funny? of course fish communicate or "talk" in one way or another. fish flare up their fins, change color due to mood or breeding, and some do make noises- like rafael cats "quack".

Guess you don't get it. The kid wanted to know do they talk as in verbal communication. No crap fish do communicate thru movements, behavior, which was what the employee was getting at, but the kid wanted to know if "THEY TALK" get it?
