I coulda sworn that I posted on this topic earlier today. Anyway, the shark was a tournament record. IGFA record for a mako shark is 1221 lbs.

That is quite a catch but he'd look alot better swimming around in the ocean. Oh well he gutted it so at least he's going to eat it. I have mixed feelings about it though.

I couldn't agree more.I appreciate and respect nature and don't understand the thrill of killing something so amazing.I have more respect for people that hunt to feed themselves, but just for fun ,i don't get it.:swear:
