Fishes Acting a lil Funny

My father has a 200 gallon tank. whats in it are oscars and red devils. not too long ago some of the fishes had rashes on them and now cleared up its been prob about two weeks now and how the rash was treated was using aquarium salt. Right now what is weird is that almost all the fishes are huddled up to one corner of the tank and has been doing that for days. I have never seen anything like it. One of the fish is swimming side ways looking like he might be a gonner. I dont know whats wrong and what to do to help these fishes. any one has an idea or experience anything like this?

Sounds like aggression. One of the red devils is kicking the crap out of everybody if I had to guess.
 
well the one that was the top fish in the tank is the one floating side ways and all the other fish is huddled up to him. real weird im not sure whats going on if they are sick or what.

alright here is the test result for the tank.

Gh180, kh 240, ph 7.5, no2 0, no3 80

Right now on two of the fishes if you look real close you would see their skin as if it was ashy..
 
It sounds like they are suffering from water quality issues... I'd make sure your test kit is accurate.

Well thats what the tests shows for the readings. I forgot to mention looking at the fish at the gills they are black. any suggestions what it is and how to treat somethin like this. There are also two oscars in the tank they are fine but the rest of the fish is sick and swimming side ways at the surface..
 
Quit asking questions and test you water immediately before you fish die. But it sounds like high ammonia..........
