Fishes' tails all gone so short

How many Costae tetras do you have? Generally, you need a lot of the fin nippers in the tank so that they only focus on themselves versus other fish, anywhere from 10+ in a shoal.

I have like 10 Costae Tetras.

Mmmmmm they are nipping fins so putting them with a fish that is all fins might not be a good idea.
