fishing in orlando FL

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
There are no cool cichlids up here in orlando. The only thing here your gonna catch is lmb, bowfin, sunfish, blue tilapia, crappy, gar, few catfish not sure which kinds, you can hand catch a pleco lol. A few other small fish but not much here all the exotics etc. are in south fl pretty much West Palm and down. However there are a few good places outside of orlando for SW fishing, its your best bet here. Ponce Inlet and Sebastian Inlet, Manatee, Misquito and Indian River Lagoons are a few good place for SW.

thanks ash, i wouldnt mind catching LMB, bowfin, gar would be good to and hand catching plecs sound cool.......isnt the a "sport" where they stand on catfish just to get biten or somethink like that

I dunno if your still in orlando but yah tons of lakes, did you go fishing??? If you are still here there are some good lfs petland in waterford lakes, pet bazzar on 436, fishy business, the aquarium, ocean blue is alright, aquatic studio is ok and

It's Lake Walk In Water in Polk County in Central Florida, home of one of the biggest Bass tournaments. There's big gators in that huge lake, too.

Well glad you caught something... if you come back to fl again lemme kno i can show you some other places to go fishing !!
