7-8 was Bakers Basin were I was able to land 3......
7-9 into 7-10 was our night fishing trip, it completely sucked. D and I both landed 3......
7-12 was a after work trip to the D&R canal where I banged 4 small CP's.....
7-14 was the D&R again where I banded 4 small bass.....
7-15 into 7-16 was our night fishing adventure again. We got there at 7:30pm and it was a tournament going on that ended at 11. By that time I had three landed with two of the them coming in at 3.2, and 3.1. At the weigh in a 3.75 won $230. The tournament is won by the biggest fish landed and out of 23 people only 4 fish were weighed in. Anyway I got back to fishing and landed 7 more before we called it quits. Dennis went all night without landed anything but he got his first on the buzzy once the sun came up.
7-16(today) I decided to goto one of my ALL TIME favorites, "THE AMAZON". This was my first time going there this season. The day started off very good with my nephew landing a 3.1 monster CP within the first 10 minutes and he followed up with the second fish of the day with a decent pound and half bass. Me on the hand let my first four fish get off
, but I stayed calm and let my number one lure do its thing(chatter bait). I was able to land 3 bass and 1 CP before we called it quits !!!
A couple beast but no monsters......

In Holland its litterally rainig all day every day since the start of my real summervacation.
I don't mind fishing in the rain,but the strong winds almost make it impossible to cast.

went out saturday night for a catfish night trip. got taken off the water early by engine troubles. got a 5lb flat and a few small channels before the engine acted up. I feel like we really would of got into some fish if we would of been able to stay. the water and moon were perfect!!
bummer about the engine... seems like the flats are really getting going slow this year. Not too many have been caught over here until recent weeks.
Finally got a chance to do some good catfishing, not the monsters dreams tends to pull in but for a childhood pond had a good day today. landed 5 cats, one a pretty good sized fish another decent fish and 3 little guys

you'd be proud of me CF, caught my 2nd ever fish on a popper tonight! haha - went out with a buddy on his bass boat and the fishing was fairly slow, fished from about 6 to 10, he landed two solid spotted bass 2.65lb and 3.15lb and a little white bass bout a half pound all on the spinner bait, i managed to catch about a 3lb channel that we forgot to weigh and then caught two small bass 1lb or less one on the spinner one on the popper, didn't mess with pictures of the little guys but it was still a fun trip
