yeah i was pretty ticked but hey, i still had a nice small stringer of fish that will give me a couple nice meals. until this trip I, like you had always been the lucky one haha. I love to see the kid and other people having fun catching fish but every time that kid caught a nice fish he would say in a monotone voice "well, i wish i had caught ______" or "well, I wish _____ was bigger" that was what really got me hahaha

I need to go where you fish! Wherever I fish it seems the bass are out deep and not biting or only small perch and bluegill are biting. I haven't caught or even SEEN a decent lmb for a month! I've only spotted some juveniles!
shame man, i cant believe both of us are going empty handed so often. soon, very soon, one of us will get something
It is a shame. We can only hope it's the heat and cooler weather will bring better luck. I would have thought as much time as I have into it this year, I would have more to show.

Fish landed-Nephew-1/I-3
Only worked three hours and instead of stressing it I took the boat out to "Gropps lake". We were on the water at 2.30 and in the first ten minutes my nephew landed a 3.1!!! My first came about 20 minutes later(12"er). My next one came abour a hour later which was another little one and cause my nephew really never catches anything he was rubbing it in that he caught a beast, so I replied "its not over yet". Sure enough my third and final fish was a nice 3.3 !!
A couple beast but no monsters !!!

I went out today and only got a redbreast. The fishing is really bad for me right now, but in a week i'm going to my favorite spot in the world, which is in Delaware. I catch monster bass and decent cats like they're bluegill!
