looks like im the only one left needs to get myself together... in 5 hours yesterday caught 5 lizardfish and not a single flounder, was a tough day on the water.... going tomorrow morning to a TINY pond full of bass if I can't catch much tomorrow i am fully giving up until september when it starts cooling down

Leaving early tomorrow morning to get down to Delaware for vacation. I'm hoping to get an afternoon or evening visit to the nearby pond, which i've been talking about so much! The place is stocked with nice Hybrid Stripers, Catfish (Unsure of species, Dreams, you're going to have to help me with identfying it), monster bass (up to 14 lbs., caught one that size last year), and I believe Rainbows, but I doubt they survive with all the food competition/ larger fish.

np homie, just make sure you try lots of different baits. flatheads like like or cut bait, channels blue and bullheads will eat just about anything!
nah just ive had a successful season its just the heat lately i can't beat.... hopefully tomorrow holds some fish for me

Wet my line for an hour at night since I went on vacation. Dad hooked into a nice bass but it escaped. I caught this little channel, but there is another species that is larger in this pond. Well, I have all week to catch one!
went scuba diving at the familys cabin today and spotted a couple flatheads 15-20 lbs would be my guess. No idea they were in there. No real good way of fishing for them where I saw them at. Prolly wait til sunday to wet a line.
well didnt end up going friday morning too hungover.. gfs parents are going back to the beach sunday so if i get the invite ill give it one last shot before september... see if i can do a little better than the friggin 5 lizardfish i caught wednesday >_>
thats awesome jworth, gotta remember there gonna move around when it comes to feeding anyways. find an area thats relatively shallow that you can fish from the bank on or just noodle them out!
