FISHING SEASON 2K12!!!!!!

fat little 1lber and a shad caught this morning. fishing was tough to say the least nobody who came back to the ramp had much luck - u guys may have been thinking of lake wheeler alabama, the one in raleigh isnt that big - though it is deep and has lots of shad i wouldnt be shocked if there were some good fish around
went fishing the other night. 1 bass (2lbs) and 7 channles (1-3lbs)...nothing big but caught everything in an hour and a half of fishing.
I know I was thinking of Kerr Lake, where the 143 lb Blue Cat was caught. I used to drive across the lake heading back to MD from NC. But I couldn't remember the name and Wheeler sounded good? haha.
Either way catching two fish this morning beats sitting at a computer doing data entry and being skunked!
yeah you aren't lyin about that lol.. i really wanna go fish kerr at some point with somebody who really knows whats up with catfishing
this is all we caught tuesday evening on the lake...caught it on a top water grasshopper popper
My girl and i went to a small pond near my house today she caught a small channel cat and i got a pretty good bass!!! in my book atleast.

i kinda wanna throw my tackle box through the wall, just saw the report a guy put up we saw at the ramp this morning, dude ended up with a 25lb+ bag a half dozen in the 2-3lb range and a half dozen from 12-13"............. when we started we went to the opposite bank and went to the right, the place he caught most of his fish was literally about 200yards to the left of where we started..... ARGH

Nc try a buzz bait its working wonders for my I fish it really close to the banks from shore

buzz baits are good stuff, today it had nothing to do with the lure choice - it was the location. we had the right stuff tied on we just went the wrong way
