just tired of the kid exaggerating jp he's been doing the same thing on the aquarium part of the forum lol it's driving everybody nuts

- NIIIIIIICE fish MN!

Well whatever its size I am guessing its one pound. I caught so many Lmb I have no idea which ones which. I was using an earthworm on a small snare hook. With two half ounce weights and a bobber. Lol it was a "noob" setup. But, I caught a lot of fish using this method!

Andrew - If you want an accurate weight, just take a picture of the fish next to a measuring tape. We will be able to tell you what it weighs (approximately) based upon it's length. A lot of times, a length is a better indicator of weight than just eye balling the fish.

I'm also going to guess that you didn't use 2 - 1/2 oz weights and a bobber... a 1/2oz is a lot bigger than you would ever need for a hook and bobber type setup. Hook and bobber isn't a 'noob' setup. It's perfect for all types of panfish and even walleyes in the right conditions. I like your enthusiasm buddy, fishing is an awesome sport, just slow down and let your pictures do the talking. :D
