lol. Well, we actually cooked the rockfish yesterday. Baked on top of spinach with tomatoes, onions, lemon, etc.

The perch are in the freezer and the smaller ones I kept whole for bait for Sunday when I go catch some big cats and rockfish.
Lucky. Any tips for me? I'm pulling my boat out of Erie this weekend and hopefully putting it on the Allegheny in Pittsburgh for a day to search for cats. I don't normally river fish on a boat for cats so I don't know what to look for or what bait honestly.
You can't go wrong with chicken livers, live sunfish/bluegill/perch. You can also use the same as cut bait. I like using the head and the back section or use them whole if you want some big cats. If there is a current, use a high/low rig with a 1-1.5oz weight. If not current and it will sit on the bottom, just use a hook and let it drop to the bottom and wait. I always use 3 rods. 2 set up this way and 1 catching live bait if I don't bring it from my pond. You have to try and see what works for your body of water.
