Fishless Cycle

When doing a fishless cycle how much amonia do you use? I know alot do this just wondering if any would like to share the how to part?

I used the method in the post above for my 180 gal. It worked great. Just pay attention when it says to add the amonia slowly, cause it is easy to overshoot it. I used a little sludge and filter media from my 55 gal. to start the bacteria, and mine cycled in just a little over three weeks. I did a huge water change and added 4 new fish immediately, amonia and nitrite stayed at zero.

Best way to cycle in my opinion.

I find with the search engine you can't always find what your looking for with out having a pile of 100 post to go through. There are alot of people who talk about fishless cycle but not many who actually go through and give ideas on how to do it.
