Awesome, I really dig those. I'm planning on taking out my fry soon after they free swim this time and see how it goes. Maybe we can swap fry when it warms up. la ceiba for festae and/or loisellei!
He is looking great 'F'. I lost about 100 of his siblings in that freakin storm. Still have about 30 left. I will have to take a pic of one of them. It is white but has orange fu-man-chu strips on the upper lip. LOL
Keep up the great job. Dad and new mom are still looking like they want to spawn, but nothing yet. Plus my Blue Devil male and my Red/ Red devil female look like they are ready to spawn. ( but they are in my 300) So tomorrow I will be pulling the Hoga's out of the breeding tank, and insert the blue and red.

the la ceibas are easily my favorites in the fishroom and im sure if we can work something out if youd like some down the road

thanks madness hes turned out to be rodonculous and has quickly gained mass super fast. you should post a pic of his dad. be cool to see what the blue and red devils turn out like

^^^ some serious genetics there. changed a whole lot since 6". very cool to see where my male goes from here
Great looking creamsicle amphs, both father & his offspring. IME you seldom see creamsicle labiatus, generally the creamiscle morphs are citrinellus, so it's nice to see some of these in the hobby. Really nice strain.

The owner of a local fish store has a friend that imports a lot of WC. He sent him a package of 30 WC fish. My WC Hoga also came in on this same shipment. I asked him to track me one down, and 5 months later, I get him, and my Hoga pair. Well worth the wait IMO. As far as location, not sure. But I will get in touch with him in the a.m. and track that down. I have been looking for a nice colored large lipped female for almost a year now.
Really nice. Looks very healthy too. And I know I've said this a million times but your substrate is great lol
