I'm currently setting up my fish room in my basement. I've always had random tanks in random places but now I want to set it up right and make it look nice. Here's some pics of how it currently looks:

Now I'm thinking about moving my TV to the wall where my 220 currently is, and setting up my tanks like 120, 220, 120, so they would take up that whole wall. Or keeping my 220 and TV where they currently are and setting up a 120, TV, 120 and let my TV hang between the tanks. Leaving my 220 on the wall to the left. Any opinions? Ideas? I'm open to all suggestions. I'll be finishing my stand for the other 120 tomorrow/monday. So I'd like to have an idea of the setup by Monday at the latest...

Congrats on the fishroom! I am totally OCD :irked: so I have to have things evenly spaced somehow. Just me, I would go for the 120, 220, 120 on single wall idea and have your TV on the oposing wall w/ chairs facing it. Water behind you have a nice feel when watchin TV and you can easily add tanks down the road.

left wall = 120
Back wall = 220 (where it is)
Right wall = 120
TV over the kegerator! I agree on that one!:headbang2You could DIY C02 for the keg and a planted tank?

Looks great. Awesome fish room!

Thanks for all the feedback, I think I'm gonna do the whole 120, 220, 120 idea and see how it looks. So consider that first post "before" and tomorrow I should have the "after"...

just make sure that you have a dehumidifier in there if you want to keep your tv working. I had 300-400 gallons of tanks in my 800 or so sq/ft apartment and I killed the power supply in my computer, a monitor, a receiver, and my tv.

Oh, thanks. I hadn't even thought of that...
