I really like the room. I agree with making it look more balanced though. I guess I'm a bit ocd as well.
 
Still working on the plumbing and the lighting but here's an update.

It would be cool to make the two 120's in wall tanks on that back wall and in between the two tanks hang your tv. Then keep the 220 where it is. That would look amazing and really spice up your basement (assuming thats where your tanks are)
