Just north of Orlando. There is a township called Wekiva and is searchable with any mapping site. The park is called Wekiwa Springs State Park and should also be searchable with a 'w' in the spelling. They are both on the Wekiva River with the springs at the rivers head (in the park). The Wekiva River is a tributary of the St. Johns River.
The deal with the 'w' is that at the beginning of the last century as the area was being mapped out, somebody misspelled 'Wekiwa' (the original indian name for the springs and river). The local indians didn't use the sound of 'v' in their vocabulary but to the settlers, Wekiva just sounded better and was easier to say. This error had resurfaced in the late 80's and it was decided that the name of the park should be changed to the original indian language. The township, river, and private parks have not yet made the change.
So right now its between tampa charter sat and fish/zoo hopping sunday and Wekiwa Springs in Apopka (maybe some lfs hopping there too). It looks like the only date mentioned so far is May 3rd and 4th (1st weekend in may), how does that work?
