I have never seen my eels eat. I have to leave the room or the food will be there in the morning (my salt tank is in my bedroom). My green moray comitted suicide (jumped and then died after I put him back in the tank). My spotted moray is really active but shy when it comes to eating.

I am interested if anyone knows what store that is. The Aquarium is a small shop in Apopka but they are too small for frag tanks. The tank looks a lot like the frag tanks at Fishy Business but the stand is all wrong (and they are in Longwood). I have never been to Aquatic Ecosystems (also in Apopka) but it is supposedly a really big place. I don't know of any other lfs's in Apopka.

Ironically enough I met her at Aquatic ecosystems, I ve been there alot b/c they are usually cheaper on many products then the lfs are. I know how to get there if you want to go. Alright well here is the plan
We meet on Saturday May 3rd we will hit Wekwia Springs for fishing. We can either meet there or meet somewhere in Apopka and everyone can follow. Once we are done fishing/kayaking we could run to Aquatic ecosystems and the Aquarium, it is on the way to A.E. Then we can head out the other direction and hit fishy business and other lfs. Somewhere we will grab lunch and/maybe dinner.
Now if everyone wants to gettogether on Sunday May 4th we can hit up local lakes or the econ river and then the lfs on the east (ucf) side of town.
I personally think fishing is better in the morning so I would def. like to meet up early but I know some of you are coming from Tampa, so what is a good time??

I think they open the park gate at 8:00am but I can find out. I'll bring an extra rod to share. I will also bring my fish transporter in case anyone wants to keep something they catch.

id actually just be happy kayakin, that way i know i wont break anything hahaha, but when ever just let me know so i can get my ass outta bed and all. I was at park like 6 months ago for fire school so i kinda remember how to get there ill just use mapquest. But again where are we goin to meet
Sounds great but unless you are getting together on Sunday also I'm out for this one. Shorthanded and have to work.

We can do the Sat/Sun agenda I have listed above, so if you would like to come sunday that's fine. I'd like to compile a list of who all is going so could you please post on here and say yes you are going or no your not. I will PM everyone who says they are in with the final details and directions and contact info.
I would personally like to get to the park when they open. Is everyone ok with 8 am on Saturday??
As for sunday I am down we can either fish econ, or if someone has a lake in their back yard we can fish on?? We may be able to fish my bf's lake buttt he might have to work sunday so that might not happen. I heard econ is good though. We can do that in the morning and through the afternoon.
