DOA’s are refunded (not including shipping) if you send me a video of the dead fish in the bag within two hours of it arriving. I can either ship through Southwest Cargo if you live near a major airport or I can send it in the mail through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Both will be overnight express delivery. You can choose Two Day delivery, which is normally fine and much cheaper, but I don’t do a Live Arrival Guarantee for that.
