Flagtail with tinfoil barbs

Growing our a few fish will my 5 inch flagtail be ok with 8....2.5 inch tinfoil barbs? ....I just got this flagtail a week ago and idk how their temperment is besides they don't like to be kept with other flagtails

flagtail will be fine with the barbs. Just keep it away from other flagtails

I was just worried about the size difference wasn't sure if it was a factor

Your tinfoils will be the size of your Flagtail in 2-3 months time

Yea I know tinfoils grow fast but I'm asking for the meantime

You should be fine, ive kept a 4-5" flagtail with much smaller fish and had no issue. Flagtails are peaceful fish

I think people have conflicts with flagtails and larger fish because of scale feeding, smaller fish not as bad.
