I've have a flagtail in my 5 feet tank for around 20 days , want to know is it common for them to come to surface as mine do and still there for some time like a betta do for breathing but flagtail do this for more time as compare to betta , is it there normal activity , and my tank do not have less oxygen supply as one of my filters always run

From your description of the situation, the Flagtails behavior doesn't seem to be normal.
Is the Flagtail eating?
Water Parameters?
Tankmates?

flagtail is fine i think it swims good eating algae or rocks , wood and some to surface when i give food to eat ,
tank mates :- severums, uarus, angels , some tetras , redtail sharks , bala sharks, yoyo loach
is it okay bro as my flagtail doing this for roughy a week

Maybe the Flagtail is being bullied a bit by some of the established tankmates.

Judging from the pic, the Flagtail looks fine. I don't see any parasites or signs of infection. Has the Flagtail been exhibiting flashing behavior?
Could be Flukes.

I see a bit of what may be HITH starting just above the eye.
What is your nitrate level? and as Stephen St. Clair asked, what are your other water parameters? pH and hardness?

Sorry sir I don't have test kit rn , only have ph tester it around 6-7 on scale , water changed was around 1 week ago , and i also add some Indian almond water to tank
