Thank you for all the replies. I have around half a pound left of the flakes, and would like to avoid wasting them by buying new food to use instead. Was hoping for a solution to keep the flakes while feeding my fish well. Gelatin would do the job in keeping them together but doesn't sound right to feed my yellow labs gelatin with the flakes.
so far it sounds like I will have to continue feeding them this way and keep up with my cleaning.
