Flashing

In my African tank I noticed today that I have a couple of fish that seem to be flashing. What do I need to do.

Water change?
Raise the temp?
Add salt?

Those are my choices.

No visible signs of ick. but I am going to head it off at the pass. How does 1tbls for every 10gallons sound???

My fish don't have ich or anything else, and they still do it on occasion.
I would watch them closely first. Then think about treatment options if you think there is a problem.

I think I'm going to hit it with a little salt, just to make sure. It can't hurt anything.

^^^^True that five minutes before is better than five minutes later....You know your fish and it sounds like this is a little out of the normal for them? am I right?

Yeah just a bit. I have one that will flash from time to time and I don't worry about him. But is is a new one that is doing it right now. May I'm just over protective, but...
