If its regular fleas then just keep treating the cats. Fleas need pets to survive. In a few months there should be no more fleas. With tanks I'd stay away from any spray. Boraxo works well but if you have a filter issue with your vacuum you will aerosolize it. There are several varieties that may require you to chem bomb the house. So results may vary.
