From my understanding only the brush on flex seal is fish safe... the aerisol kinds are not. Regular silicone like GE will not adhere to rubber/epdm. You can usually find bonding tensile strengths in a companys product report for their silicones but any kind of silicone will not bond to rubber like it does to glass... what are ur intensions? Look into 3m5200 or M1 chemlink silicones for bonding to rubber/epdm. Another good one is hutton products gold label aquarium and pond sealer. I have personally used both 3m5200 and gold label sealer/silicone to put windows in epdm liner tanks. The gold label is by far the best but hard to get in the U.S. and $17-25 a tube.
