no electricution for a day, then today i do a waterchange and of course it starts again... this time i had 4 water circulators unplugged, and it stopped... i then started plugging them in one at a time and testing, and it turns out any one i picked, and plugged it into either of the powerstrips and i got zapped.... and this is without the main pump or heater running.... then when the water change was complete i plugged everything in 1 at a time starting with the heater and main pump, and no problems. .. i got to the last powerhead without getting zapped, i was starting to get happy, and then when i plugged that one in i got zapped at first, then it was fine.... i just dont get it... starting to think maybe the ground in the actual outlet maybe connected wrong ....any thoughts?

Sounds like time for a whole crapload of extension cords and a new outlet!

Some older outlet boxes can have poor or NO gnd.you can buy a simple outlet tester,or use a multimeter
