Floating???????

I know i got a couple of shipment from the same source this is the first time they are acting strange on me.
Test the water, post the parameters. Just because some fish live doesn't mean it isn't at toxic levels. It just means others are accustomed to it.
the product use is mardel 5 in 1 strip thats what it read for like 3 weeks straight at this level do i need to buffer up and make the water harder? filter i have two rena x3 over filter the tank I've kept bichirs for over a year this is the first time it happen to me the last order I from toyin was cong nigerian endli koliba and volta. the nigerian endli are in a 55 until they are big enough to be in the 120 wide with the volta cong and two endli i and an ansorgeii i got from a pevious order
I'm not a noob at keeping polys like I said this is the first time this has happen to me so just asking question.
I've seen this happen a bunch of times but i'm not exactly sure why.
I've had similar problems with Palmas and Endlicheri in particular after feeding Hikari Massivore pellets.
The last time i had this happen the fish appeared somewhat constipated or bloated and were hanging around the surface. I treated with Metronidazole and Erythromycin. Fish recovered after a few days.
I suspect there may be something about the water parameter in the tank that at the time of feeding (possibly temperature) that brings about this problem with the pellets.

It seems odd I have used Hikari Massivore for months for my fishes never had a problem. Only the two new fish seem to have problems. I am monitoring the tank and see nothing wrong with any of the fishes. I will note the the use of Metronidazole and Erythromycin I've been looking forward to the new additions for a long time sad that it did not work out. Looking into the tank and see what other things might cause the demise of my new fishes. I've calm down a pit and less mad but stuff happens and is part of fish keeping.
