I'd agree, the 2 day investment and $100 in materials was well worth the peace of mind. I'm just amazed at what $50 in wood and $50 in concrete/bolts still buys.

Yeah it's also amazing all the things that come up, when you think you're just about nearing the point of positioning it against the wall filling it with water. I keep telling my wife this is more of a 'hobby' and less so a 'project' that you just complete, although I do need to get it out of the middle of the entry way, hopefully soon... (grin)

Exellent...I've never had a hobby like this...I thought i'd be reading about fish, but here I am studying building techniques...

As for stocking, it's barely 1/3 'full', still looking...

The ones I have, came over from a community 75, and their not monsters by any means of this site (8" spanner barbs, 12" plecos, 8" ghost knife, 6" red tail shark, etc). I'll upload pics when I get some good pics of them.
