Okay, moved the 125 to the new addon "laundry room" that I use as an office and has a quick drain pipe right behind it for easy water changing Fill ups not so sure as I would need a dual piped thingy to attach and then I'd have to make sure the temp of the hot and cold mixing was proper. But anyway, Here is a pic!

Looks good. I know what your talking about with the Y fitting to get warm water. I use old washing machine hookups (really cold and really hot) that are 50ft from my tank, so I have to keep running back and forth to keep adjusting the temp to get it right. Its a pain.

based on the size of the lightbulb in comparison to the joists, they look to be 2x6's.
i would still beef them up and possibly cross brace them before i felt comfortable with them.
