Ok then check that it is not leaning into the center of the room. Once it starts to lean that's a sign of the floor warping. This can cause twisting which beams do not respond well to.
I just put a 180 in my house that is around the same age. I have 2x8's on 24" centers and the tank is sitting in the corner of the room. Both corner walls are load bearing. I bought a floor jack and 2x6's just incase but I checked after I filled the tank and it didn't budge at all. You'll be fine filling up your tank. Sounds like your joists are made out of old oak barn timbers.
Yup make sure it doesn't lean into the room. Give that you are cornered against two outside walls you can probably fill it up.
the back 2 edges of the stand is agust the wall if that matters. i should see the leveler inside the stand to see if that changes
