Florida chocolate fish!

I caught a 3/4 inch Badis badis shaped fish, DARK CHOCOLATE BROWN, no markings whatsoever - and blue eyes!
What the hell?

I let him go...

Nobody came thru with a secondhand digital camera, so unfortunately not. I'm "on the go" on my trip, as well.

ive caught most of everything fl has to offer
and im coming up blank.
remember that some fish change colors/shades/markings.
