It has everything to do with Sterility........They are "manufactured" that way.......

Yep.......Hence why they need to be stocked and are "property" of the
State........Just look up triploid Grass Carp Hybrids.........
But you are saying that they are sterile because they are hibrids or because they are porpousely sterilized or what? They are Triploid Hybrids........Triploid Hybrid anything can't reproduce......Haploid Hybrids can.........Besides 90% of the Water Grass Carp are stocked in isn't suitable habitat for resident Gators........Only Transient Males looking for new areas........
