This is #83, a small Female Speckled PB less than 12 inch caught in RIo JotaTeh.

This fish is more common in Broward and the Cutler canals, I think. They show up from time to time here though. I think DM has stated in one of his posts that the Speckles disappear as the fish grows bigger.
