It sure destroyed the next day or two that's for sure. I'm thinking... there goes his weekend, his life... his whole life ahead... gone.

I was laying on a couch in my rental house in florida and i had the lights low while i was watching tv, all of a sudden slow but sure a shadow passed over me ..i looked up and i saw a spider that was about 10 inches by 12 inches walking across the ceiling,........... needless to say i yelled for help..all my lights in the house went on.. and all i kept thinking was this thing is so big how do you even lift it out of the house if you do trap it... with a shovel haha.. but they are harmless and they are black and hairy...and they like banana plants .......i will never forget it..
Fire ants... awful.. i could not wait to get back to ny just to sit on the ground and run my fingers through the grass.. i was becoming hunch back always looking down
Wow - no this wasn't a bamboo. What I saw was about 4 inches, and looked like a very slender version of a wolf spider, but not THAT slender - long legged and brown.
