Last of the three oscar questions I'll throw at the forum for today, I promise!
My young oscar's 80 gallon tank is filtered with an FX4. I feel like only half the tank is receiving decent flow. The far end has a tiny bit of motion on the surface/in the plants, so it's not quite stagnant, but it's really still over there. Would it be beneficial to get a powerhead in to move some more water, or is a calm tank not a bad thing? Especially since I spot clean out poop/debris every other day. I also have a 10" bubble wall in there for some extra aeration but it doesn't do much for flow.

What you have is probably fine. Powerheads are only really necessary for fish from high flow environments (hillstream loaches, golden avocado puffer, marine fish, etc).
