Flow rate

I feel like my polys dont appreciate higher flow and are more active in my tanks that have less.

I usually keep flow towards the top/middle so that it keeps the top water moving. Sometimes a few of my Polys jump in front of it for a quick swim then quickly dart away. I try not to put too much at the bottom so they have a few dead spots to just lay
