Flowers truly are one of the most beautiful rays available. Nice thread.

Most talk about 24" rays like it is nothing but when you actually see one in person it really puts it into light. That massive tiger is probably 30" which does not sound really that big if you are thinking a 30" fish but when it comes to a ray that 30" turns into 4 feet long and 40-50 lbs. Even in a 8x4 that big tiger would take up half of the floor!!! My old tiger was 14" and had a perfect tail. At that size he measured 35" long. I bet a 30" one with a perfect tail could measure over 5' long

This is very true

My big female p14 are 3ft+ total

If you think of a 18" disk Ray as the size of a car wheel then that gives you a idea of size

Most Rays can get the size of a car wheel with tyre not many people could put that in a tank

I recently moved a large female motoro that was around 24" and I gained a lot of respect for its power in and out of water. I used a rubber net made for tarpon and wouldn't dream of trying it on those beasts! Officially would need to move out of current home to house that
