I wouldn't even say that, i would say the bare minimum is a 75g.
 
If you do it, that FH is gonna climb out (they cant climb, can they?) anyway...he's probably going to bite you on the chin.JK. Its happened before. Its cruel for that beautiful fish to be in such a small environment. He will outgrow it VERY soon.
 
you can put it in the tank but then you could put a araipima in the tank also

The bigger the better, but when you have 10+ FH. Hehehe, you'll rethink about space wise. And I've seen many FH being 13"+ living strong and healthy in a 36 x 18 x 18. Although if your breeding, push it bigger.
