Remember that unlike most other FH strain out there. Kamfa takes at least 2 years to mature here. So 4" is definitely quite young for a Kamfa to be breeding. Well, 4" would be too small for any FH on my part here.
When breeding, it is best to condition them for quite a while. And what I mean by conditioning them is to put a divider and let them see each other quite a while. If the female starts to swell up, then this means that the female is willing to breed. This may not be everyone's option of trying to breed a FH. But this is what I would recon.
