Flower/Tiger size at maturity?

I think hes referring to Dr. Ross.. which if I remember correctly he imported a tiger ray that had been pregnant and dropped still-born pups. This was some years ago, and I don't know if the size got smaller.. but I thought the ray was closer to 18-20" across.

He has permits to import and keep Potamotrygon in California.. maybe he will chime in?

A friend of mine got a tigerpup today, the mother is 42cm, that's just under 15 inches.

15" isn't all too bad, not overly huge. I'm guessing then if the female were that size and males generally appear to mature at a smaller size, then a mature male tiger/flower at 12-14" could be possible.
