I would not feed fruits or veggies to my fish. Pellets like nls algaemax are much better for that purpose.

Well that's good but I think feeding any at all will do more harm than good for the digestive system of a flowerhorn. Sure wild fish may eat berries or other fruit that fall in the water once in a while but I can't imagine fruit from our supermarkets being good with all the pesticides and other possible contaminants. You know what I never thought of it that way he has only had it twice in the nearly 5 weeks I've had him, but I'll stear clear from now on.
