Check out my flowerhorn... don't know what he's doing, but he does this at night, after his lights go off.. haha.. always right next to me when I'm on the computer..

Maybe look up the habits of the midas, red devil and salvini cichlids - mix'em together and you should get whatever your flowerhorn is doing.

Three of mine do it and it is fairly common amongst FH (cool isn't it) hybrid haters can't say this for any pure specie cichlid cause it's only FH that do it!
