Hi ALL ,

This is My first reply to any posy on MFK! I may not be an expert in fish keeping ,However I am very keen and serious about the hobby ,I have a cichlid tank 60-65 gallons and a Newly set Fower Horn Tank 40 gallons .

I am looking for a place where I can buy good quality ORIGINAL food for My FISH ,I am in India ,At the least I want to know how do I go about sourcing them from somewhere .

ONE MORE QUESTION IS!

IS GRAND SUMO GOOD FOOD FOR FLOWERHORN?

Are "STEROIDS" mixed in GS .Please advise

grand sumo rocks but chingmix is just as good and it has no steroids!

mmm im gonna have to say all of that isnt completly correct i have been breeding them for about ten years and i have spent time over seas seeing them first hand when i was a teen and there is about 10 diffrent types buddy
