flowerhorn breeding confused

its my fifth breed of my flowerhorn just a week ago....
one little question is always moving in my mind..... may flowerhorn will lay eggs again or the season is to be end....
i generally heard that fish lay eggs only in summer....but some said it depends on female mood weither its summer or winter.....


still confused....any breeding expert who can clear me of all those.....

That depends on the kind of fish. Most cichlids will breed a every fey weeks as long as the water stays the same temp and quality. But not recommended . they need a rest some time. And that also depends if you leave the fry with them or take them out.

My female flowerhorn lay eggs every 3 weeks .i don't know if it is just an coincidence that i change water every 3 rd week and a days after that i see her eggs on the rock !
