If he doesn't do the deed the first time around, don't give up. He may just not be ready yet. If you don't have a female yet, make sure she is a good bit smaller and she has a safe place to escape to. My red dragon ended up being fertile. He is lacking in the red so not labeling SRD...lol. I put him with a pretty red female hoping she'd throw it. Didn't get so lucky, but he did a pretty good job tossing his pearls down the line. The fish in the 2nd photo is starting to get the pearls going across the kok.
