Flowerhorn changes its color..

my flowerhorn before has a small hump but its colors were vibrant, after one yr. the hump started to grow but its color were fading.. any suggestion in how to enchanced its color.. i used sumo growth enhancer and color enhancer..

the color was nice when it was still young but now the color is getting dull...

Drop in a mirror or a female and see what happens. Bright substrate can dull color

u should try chingmix, get a feamle red parrot, divide tank with parnter try diferent foods

Thats what I was thinking. If you notice, hes all colorful under the rainbow gravel but dull under the bare bottom.

Add a little color to you tank.
