While away on vacation my Flowerhorn's left eye began to swell and become clouded. Fish is acting normal and haven't noticed any decrease in activity or feeding. I have been treating with epsom salt but any suggestions?

Usually due to poor water conditions. Get that out after checked as it's the likely culprit.

Use regular salt and not epsom salt.

Thanks for the help. I figured that was the culprit from the start but I was unsure with only one eye swollen and cloudy. I thought both would look that way.
