I've had my 3 Clown Loaches for a year or so and they are about 4-5" long. They lived ok with my Oscar who was 10" in a 55g. The Oscar and the loaches were all put in the tank at the same time. The Oscar was about 1-2" when they came home. Again, Oscar left them alone and the Clowns would swim with him and steal food from him, but he never attacked them or hurt them in any way.
Now I have my 3 Clowns still, but since my Oscar died, I now have my little baby Flowerhorn who is about 2". He plays nice with the Clowns for now, but what are the chances he will get along with them as grows. There are plenty of hiding spots for the Clowns, and everyone is well fed.

Must be why I see so many "I lost my [insert fish name here] threads.
